Job description
Support the procurement related tasks incl. highest product quality, achievement of profit targets, execution of production and in-time deliveries for relevant product categories

In general
?Support the relevant sr. buyer, (jr.) buyer during the product development and production process to ensure the achievement of buying related tasks of the line plan incl. highest standards of product quality, retail price structure, target margins, development schedule deadlines and in-time delivery

In detail
?Follow up on supplier material sourcing incl. in-time delivery of color & fabric research
?Send out info about number of sample lines to relevant parties (info prepared by management assistant)
?Control (track & trace) sample delivery ensuring accurate date in R.O.S. system.
?Monitor BOM ? check maintenance of style information in PDM/ERP system and maintain all buying related information incl. FOB, lead time and delivery dates within given time frame
?Support (jr) buyer in the process of purchase order placements, control placement via Tradecard and monitor order confirmation by supplier
?Support (jr.) buyer in the preparation of projections on fabric/fabric style level within selling season according to critical path
?Communicate to supplier and agencies regarding buying related activities
?Support (jr.) buyer in the preparation of seasonal meetings (trend, concept, proto, selection, sales meeting) and support the team in checking the Sales Tools (collection books)
?Update Ratrade and Quest on product changes (cancellations, updates).
?Support (jr) buyer to ensure all correct shipping documents are forwarded to Logistics department.
?Control (track & trace) deliveries - check delivery inbound and outbound in close cooperation with logistics and supply immediate information about any delivery delays to sr. buyer/buyer
?Support the (Jr.) buyer in handling of production and delivery claims and returns.
?Support the (jr) buyer in controlling and administrating the leftovers
?Maintain buying related statistics
?Optimization of the internal work structure and workflow

REQUIREMENTS:
?MBO degree or similar with a focus on textiles and garments
?Advanced user of MSOffice /ERP/PDM Quest etc.
?Excellent verbal and written language skills in English;
?Willing to live in The Netherlands

ACCOUNTABILITIES
?Support collection development according to line plan with focus on price/value ratio, target margins and in-time delivery
?Accuracy of buying related data concerning merchandising sheets in the relevant systems

Salary indication
depending on experience, between ?1800-2000 gross
