Job description
Take care of timely delivery of the right company products towards customers

Coordination of all activities with Sales, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Transport and Quality

Order management: Order booking, arranging transport, arranging the proper transport documents, invoicing

Complaint handling

Updating the customer information database

Play an active role in stock management and sales planning

Sending samples to new clients or for new applications

Requirements
Fluent in German and English (oral and written), Dutch is a plus

Customer focused

Some work experience in a similar position.

Experienced in working in an international environment

Experienced in working with ERP software

Flexible, straight forward and accurate personality

Team player with a feeling for a commercial environment

Stress resistant

Salary indication
2000-2500
