For an international dynamic company in Bread we are currently looking for an:
English Accounts Receivable
The Key Responsibilities
Enters all payments into accounting system on a daily basis.
Receives cheques and wire transfer payment information.
Confirms and maintains a spreadsheet of all deposit information received from auction sites to banking information.
dentifies and investigates all banking discrepancies.
Contacts unsuccessful bidders for banking information for return of auction deposits.
Prepares tax credit transactions where applicable.
Prepares all inter-company invoicing, in accordance with adopted VAT policies.
Prepares month end reports.
The Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience.
Fluency in English, spoken and written. Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish is an asset.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent task prioritization and organizational skills.
Able to meet deadlines and succeed in a fast paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Collections experience.
Proficient in a Microsoft Office environment, primarily in Word and Excel.
Experience in using Oracle or People Soft systems beneficial.
Experience working with multiple currencies would be an advantage
