Human Resources
- File all European employee records and update
- Responsible for all Arbo/ pension/ WIA company insurance etc.
- Responsible for holiday and sick leave administration and follow-up
- Responsible for updating the HR related documents
- Payroll
- Courses for employees
- Responsible for the evaluation procedure. Both supplying the correct documents on time but also sending reminder when they are due
- Help to create the best possible work environment for the team
- Create and communicate the house rules.
- Guard the house rules and values and norms of the company
- Will advise the MD of staff issues if relevant
- Contributes to work moral and motivation of the team
- Will see bottlenecks and report this mentioning possible solutions
- Arrange regular outings with the staff
- Responsible for booking all flights and hotels for management or visitor

Office administration
- All facilities and services in place as and when needed
- Have all filing in place
- Have all claimed expenses for staff in order
- Day to day teaching and developing the administrational staff 
- Creating report on various subjects
- Make sure the day to day is performed effective and efficiently as possible.
- Guard the quality of the administration and service level
- Will see bottlenecks and report this mentioning possible solutions
- Internet site and brochures

Facility Management  
- Update and check all service contracts related to the building and equipment (including cars) and all items in the office
- Responsible to maintain a correct stock of office supplies
- Hotel contract(s)
- Facilitate smooth communication between our China office and ML BV
- Assisting IT department in China and be the intermediate for IT and telephone

Personal assistant
- Take notes at meetings in English and Dutch and send minutes of meeting
- Responsible for management meeting agenda
- Responsible for assisting the MD with PPT, letters and agenda
- Keep the agenda for total management
