he role:

As an important member of our customer service team you will be dealing with order fulfillment in a most efficient and customer friendly manner on a daily basis.

Your task is to handle orders, coordinate availability of both product in stock and transportation. All with the purpose of making sure the product reaches the customer in time whilst keeping close track of stock (inventory management). As a follow-up on the orders of our clients, you will be closely involved with the invoicing process. This requires you to have an extremely good eye for detail. In this role you deal with any issues raised by customers and make sure that they are dealt with in a professional and most efficient manner.

Your role is to build excellent relations with our clients and in the course of doing so you will also develop a better insight in the customers’ needs and knowledge about the market, allowing you to produce product forecasts. You will be responsible for distributor price entry, customer master data, logistics network data and inventory data as required and provide support to Supply Chain Team Members, Sales- and Business Partners. You will be dedicated to a large number of customer accounts.
