Job Description
Responsibilities :

- Providing general administrative support to the Human Resource Unit, especially in areas of Working Conditions and Relocation;
- Performing routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, data entry, scheduling of meetings;
- Assisting the HR Assistant in leave and sick leave registration and relocation matters, keeping records and data bases up to date;
- Performing any other supporting tasks assigned by the hierarchical supervisor.




Job Requirements
Competences and skills


- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Service minded;
- Excellent administrative skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch;
- Experience working within a multicultural environment is a pre;
- Experience in relocation (expatriation) issues and public sector HR;
- Ability to work with discretion and tact.


Salary and Benefits
The position is for 3 months with a possibility to extend to a maximum of 3 months. Salary is between €1880-€2230.
