As a customer service consultant your main area’s of responsibility are to ensure excellent customer care plus accurate maintenance and administration of client accounts. This role is diverse. For example, you will be dealing with general customer enquiries over the phone, issuing customer invoices and assisting our clients once they have questions. Thus you will need to be a focused, proactive self-starter who can relate to different types of people and have a polite, friendly telephone manner as well as being well organized in your administrative tasks. Previous customer service/administration experience is a must, because your colleagues are also experienced professionals. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized person with excellent customer service skills and who can deal with various aspects of administration to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business.
