Job description
You will be part of the EMEA marketing department and report to the Marketing Communications Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- ensure that general marketing projects and marketing collateral will be produced on time
- fullfil incoming literature requests and help to keep literature room/warehouse organized
- in charge of maintaining written procedures, request forms, organisation of work space for new hires
- general marketing orders (trade show uniforms, marketing materials, office supplies etc.)
- prepare weekly marketing meetings, take notes during meeting and store status reports and notes
- schedule meetings and assist in booking travel arrangements
- maintain media library and internal distribution of magazines
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have first professional experience in the Marketing area and be a self-motivated young graduate with ambition to learn and grow professionally.
Essential skills:
- higher educational degree in Marketing / Communications / Media
- attention to detail and willingness to learn
- ability to operate self-directed and proactive on given tasks
- structured work approach
- good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch (other foreign languages are a plus)
- excellent computer skills (MS Office and Adobe Acrobat)
