As application support analyst, you will be active within Application Support Management (ASM). You will be responsible for the support of the applications that are used by both internal and external clients. Next to the support on the supported applications, you will be the liaison between the hardware, operating system and the network support department.

As second line support you are responsible for maintaining and improving the applications and environment,as well as for solving incidents and problems within the technical support area. In addition, you will be the technical liaison for the service team, development and external software providers.
