IT Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst manages the daily operations of the server infrastructure, consisting of both physical and virtual Novell NetWare and Microsoft Server environments. The Systems Analyst is responsible for the enterprise level systems administration and configuration of production server environments, deployment and monitoring. The Systems Analyst provides 2nd level support, troubleshooting and problem solving for the Service Desk and acts as a conduit to 3rd level support.

The Systems Analyst can function as part of an implementation team on larger projects, or individually provide services and support and smaller projects. With limited guidance the Systems Analyst participates as technical expert in design, development and implementation.
