Project Manager Civil

We are looking for a highly motivated Civil Project Manager to join our team.In this position you will be responsible for managing major residential and industrial subdivisions and main roads projects for both private and public sector clients.More specifically, your duties will include:
1.Managing all aspects of civil projects from commencement to completion.
2.Liaising with client, contractors, government bodies and other consultants
3.Fostering ????? ????? term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
4.Coordinating internal design staff and sub contractors to ensure project timeframes are met.
5.Providing clear technical advice.
6.Preparing ????? ?????, project changes and monthly financial reporting.
7.Ensure all variations or extras areprocessed and claimed according to project requirements.

To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have:
1.A minimum of 5 years local project anagement/engineering
2.A Bachelor of Engineering of Civil Engineering
3.Demonstrated experience and knowledge of construction principles and industry regulations.
4.Design expertise and knowledge.
5.Excellent technical, analytical and communication skills 6.Good commercial acumen.
7.High attention to detail skills
