Customer Care Assistant (with German)

Duties and responsibilities:

- Responds to telephone and e-mail inquiries and complaints related with Human Resources issues using standard scripts and procedures.
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
- Schedules work to ensures accurate phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems.
- Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service/administration (1-3 years)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent/Native speaker of German with a good command of English.
- Flexible and eager to learn.
