Customer Service Advisor with Hungarian
Location: Krakow, Poland

Responsibilities:

daily contact with international clients,
effective cooperation with colleagues in order to achieve the team goals,
meeting the project requirements.

Requirements:

excellent Hungarian and English language skills both verbal and written,
knowledge of another language will be an advantage,
excellent verbal and written communication skills,
professional telephone manner,
basic experience in Windows NT/2000/XP, MS Office, MS based applications,
basic technical support experience an advantage but not necessary,
flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work under pressure.
