NBS is a Human Resources solutions Company specialized in the Recruitment of IT professionals. We are currently recruiting a person responsible for Network Monitoring, who also has to be fluent in the German language.

Descrição da Função
Monitoring 24x7 of the networks across all technologies; Shift Management; Basic trouble shooting; Close inter-working with back office for incident management and advanced trouble shooting; Service desk; Standard configuration changes (focus on 8x5); Field service dispatch; Status reporting.

Procuramos
Telecommunications technician or related field or equivalent work experience required; Technical knowledge of mobile networks, fixed networks or convergent networks (GSM, UMTS, BWA (Broadband Wireless Access), Switching, Access, Transport , IP, VoIP, DVB-H); Skills of network monitoring tools and events tracking; Fluency in German and Portuguese (mandatory); Excellent English skills (spoken and wrtiten).
