NETWORK TECHNICIAN (German Speaker)

NBS, is a Human Resources’ solutions Company specialized in Outsourcing, Training and Recruitment of IT professionals. We are currently recruiting a NETWORK TECHNICIAN.

DESCRIPTION:
- Monitoring 24x7 of the networks across all technologies;
- Shift Management;
- Basic trouble shooting;
- Close inter-working with back office for incident management and advanced trouble shooting;
- Service desk;
- Standard configuration changes (focus on 8x5);
- Field service dispatch;
- Status reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Telecommunications technician or related field or equivalent work experience required;
- Technical knowledge of mobile networks, fixed networks or convergent networks (GSM, UMTS, BWA (Broadband Wireless Access), Switching, Access, Transport , IP, VoIP, DVB-H, etc.
- Skills of network monitoring tools and events tracking;
- Fluency in German (mandatory);
- Fluency in English.
