Opening for Qatar Nationalities as Legal Affairs Counsel

Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in Law. A Master’s degree in corporate and commercial law from a recognized University is Preferable.
•Knowledge of local laws and regulations and the business environment.

Minimum Experience:
•At least 8 years of legal experience in a commercial environment, preferably at least 4 years in the Real Estate Industry.
JOB PURPOSE
•Provide sound legal counsel which will facilitate management decision making, Assess legal risk, draft and negotiate various types of contracts.
•To protect the interests of Doha land against legal exposure and liability.
•Review and assess legal disputes facing and provide a legal opinion to guide management decisions.
•To be the focal point for all legal issues affecting and to provide high quality, professional and practical legal advice to the Board of Directors and senior management, and Doha land’s various standing committees and task forces.
