We need housemaid/housekeeper that meets the following specifications:

Nationality: Philippine
Age: 25 up to 30
Language: very good English (Reading/Writing)
Religion: Christian
Education: College. Minimum
Status : singular with no kids
Skills:

*House cleaning
*Clothes washing and ironing
*No cooking experience required
*No baby care skills required
*Must be able to hand all house cleaning and arranging without any supervision
*Must be able to communicate in English very well.
*Must be able to follow up /deal with others (driver, technician,…..etc) in the house.
*Well educated with 4 years college or anything higher than normal school.
*Good looking, clean and tidy
