Job Description:
The Moderator guides, develops and manages community of GIS that attracts and encourages conversation about GIS and its supporting technologies, solutions, programs any and everything concerning GIS technologies . The community brings together GIS customers, employees, partners, professionals, students and all stakeholders in a multi-channel environment, both face-to-face and online, and encourages open feedback and participation across all the group and people from different walks of life.

Roles & Responsibilities
 Serve as the primary point of contact for the Double E community and provide best practice guidance to the entire online members regarding GIS.
 Drive to completion of discussion topics; take initiatives that use community, social networking, and other things to increase community participation.
 Develop and post interactive content and messages of GIS that encourages participation and the development of member-generated content to ensure that the community is achieving its objectives.
 Drive processes that encourage member-to-member interaction, as well as community-initiated and interactions between community members and AGISP.
 Lead the day-to-day operations of the hosted community in conjunction with AGISP and community owners.
 Monitor and moderate community participation to ensure that rules of engagement are adhered to.
 Assist in the development of the Community platform and ensuring that it meets the objectives of the AGISP Community.
 Provide tracking and metrics to communicate and validate the Community interaction of all the GIS professional in Pakistan and around.
