Executive Chef (In-charge of catering)
The Executive Chef will have the overall responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the kitchen and food production in mass catering.

· The Executive Chef is also responsible for ensuring operating costs, execution of company policies/procedures, and ensuring that all services provided achieve the established standards. The Executive Chef will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygienic practice in the kitchen as well.

Skills
Successful candidates must have good organizational skills, goal and detail oriented, and must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

· Must be brilliant for both business development and management leadership skills.
· Overall 15 - 20 years of experience in Catering Business or 5 stars Hotels and last 5 years must be working as Executive Chef.
· Very professional in menu engineering and introducing the new concepts liked worldwide including the Dietary menus
