The process contains the following major steps:

 Collections
 contact to customer regarding overdue items (phones, e-mail)
 dunning process
 contact foreign affiliates sales department regarding overdue items
 Contact to customer
 non allocatable cash
 reimbursement of credit balances
 Contact to foreign affiliates - sales department
 Commissions
 Credit analysis
 credit limit approving up to 35.000 USD
 Account reconciliation
 Balance confirmation
 Maintenance of the archive

Requirements:
 Knowledge/Experience of Accounts Receivables function
 Strong MRP/ERP system (SAP highly recommended)
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong customer orientation
 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
 Multitasking ability
 Team player
 Accurate and eye for detail
 Strong Admin skill set
 Basic understanding of accounting principles
 Any other EU language is an advantage
 Good knowledge of MS Office
