PERM: Medical Advisor (Cardiovascular) - Pharma / SEE

An expanding leading global Pharmaceutical company is continuously strengthening its operational presence in CEE region and is looking for Medical Advisor to provide medical insight into the therapeutic area of Cardiovascular to local teams in Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia.

Requirements:

- Medical education or deep scientific expertise in relevant therapeutic area
- Strong clinical research knowledge (study design, study evaluation, medical writing skills, expert panel conduct, symposium and workshop management, KOL management)
- Good organizational skills with ability to work diligent, accurate and under pressure, alone or as part of a team
- Curiosity and willingness to expand medical/scientific/market knowledge as well as improvement of skill set (self training)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate leadership skills and to be a role model for others
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team (e.g., Commercial, Clin Development, EU teams, HE, Regulatory, Safety, etc.)
- Prepared to travel locally and internationally (30-50% of working time)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Tools)
- Fluency in English and Romanian/Bulgarian/Croatian, both written and spoken

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Reporting directly to Medical Director
- Products lifecycle management
- Leading and developing the Local Medical strategy and Medical activities for the products in accordance to internal and external regulations
- Therapeutic Area and/or product specific Medical training
- Management of internal and external relationships within area of responsibility
- Ensuring consistency of Medical content and scientific messages across various tools and materials
