"MAIN TASKS AND RESPOSIBILITIES: 1. Working up of schedule of shipments and booking of trucks.2. Preparation of Shipment details.3. Insurance of trucks.4. Conducting of Summary of sales and payments and preparation of Daily credit report.5. Providing of customs offices Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Vladivostok. with all necessary documents for customs clearance contracts, prices-lists, deal registrations from bank, certificates, CMRs, invoices, transportation bills, information letters and etc..6. Tracking of accounts payable to customs.7. Checking of transportation and broker invoices and making of requests for payment.8. Checking of certificates’ availability, cooperation with certification center.9. Cooperation with sea agents Hapag Lloyd and MSC.10. Making of Sales & stock report. REPORTING:
