Experience in land allocation through municipal bodies, through second market Knowledge of land legislation Land Code Knowledge of main land owners in Moscow region and regions of the Russian Federation. Knowledge of regional administrations Knowledge of main developers in different areas of business retail, residential, car industry, logistics Strong communication and negotiation skills.
