Land Development Manager

"The companyOur Client is European development company in construction of large warehouse compleses A class. As they enlarge their business in Russia we are looking on their behalf for Land Development Manager. The position Land Development Manager will assist the General Director in all matters relating to:- Land plot or project acquisitions plot selection, land leasing, buying, re-zoning etc - Coordination with Technical Customer on all matters pertaining to Input and Permitting Documents for each project. - Ensuring that all relevant Input and Permitting documents are obtained and recorded Coordination and supervision reporting to General Director; representing Investor of design project Regular contact and work with relevant contractors, state companies and agencies representing Customer \ Investor- Cooperation with technical and construction department to provide safeguarding of Customer \ Investor interests General instigation of and following up of necessary procedures of project development. - Liaison with business partners in Projects on behalf of General Director. - The acquisition of land plots or projects and all relevant permits and documents making them ready for construction.The candidate :- Extensive knowledge of the laws, rules and regulations, policies, and procedures related to land development, government permitting and zoning administration and an ability to stay abreast of changes and trends in the field of planning and zoning. - Knowledge of the principles and practices of land use planning, public administration and management. -Knowledge of various real estate, construction, zoning, planning, and engineering sources affecting Land Development Division program activities. - Knowledge of the methods of collection and analysis of planning data and the preparation of planning reports and studies. - Ability to interpret and apply planning and zoning standards, regulations and applicable regulations. - Ability to formulate and apply policies and procedures. -Ability to read and interpret subdivision plans, land use maps, aerial photographs and related maps. - Thorough working knowledge of all steps and procedures relating to the obtainment of positive state expertise for new construction projects. - Knowledge of the inter relationship between such procedures and town planning and re-zoning in relation to specific projects.Preferred Qualifications Degree or higher level education in engineering or similar technical discipline Fluent spoken and written Russian and English A minimum of five years experience in a similar role. probably working for a Technical Customer company, another developer or general contractor - Valid driver’s license"
