"The companyAn international commercial real estate operator is looking for a talented project manager to manage the construction function. Reports to: Head of Project Manager Eastern Europe The position General Mission: Full responsibility on the project operation up to the opening of the shopping center. Objectives: planning, rentability, quality. Responcibilities:Account of the objectives of the project : Cost Letting quality, delay ;Assume the transversal management of his team in house and outsourced ;Planning, synthesis and follow up of actions. To drive, periodic meetings, of planning and follow up of the actions; Draft and circulation of the minutes;To take care of the consistency of actions with the objectives of the project; take decision of arbitration if necessary, with proposal to the steering committee.Present to the steering committee the evolution of the project and the decision subject to its approval.Responsible of the elaboration and organization of the global project. Lead the orientation of studies made by outside contributor: architects, BET, design agency.Responsible to monitor the administrative authorizationsChoice of outsourced resources.Represents the company to local authorities, technical services, associations, partners, etc. ;Responsible for the creation and follow up of the Business Plan. Approval of the payment within the budget.The candidate:Background / training: Business School, Engineer. Work Experience: 3 years minimum, with a first experience in management and coordination of team, with experience of a complete Real Estate process. With an experience in shopping centre or office, residential and retail tourism. Technical competences: Understanding of technology or construction. Real Estate market knowledge. Good skills in technical management projects. Used to work in Cost Control and planning. Personal qualities : Excellent relationship and global vision. Leadership, charisma and capacity to influence others and to mobilize his team. Commercial and politic qualities, diplomatic. Organised, driven by results with a good resistance to stress and a capacity of adaptation."
