QHSE Representative

"QHSE Representative, who speaks native Russian and fluent English, is required by a leading supplier of premium products to the Oil & Gas exploration and production industry, the petrochemical industry and related fields.The position is based in Moscow.Responsibilities Ensure all Quality, Health, Safety and Environment QHSE standards are followed in the company and are in line with law Track implementation of company management QHSE orders and instructions Control compliance with the Russian Labor Law, Federal Laws, decrees, regulations and norms related to health, work and recreation schedule, benefits and compensations for deleterious working conditions as well as compliance with the standards and other regulatory legal acts providing QHSE norms. To check the status of working conditions at the company facilities. To provide consulting in labor safety as well as check the actions to eliminate labor safety violation according to audits. To perform induction safety training with all new employees and personnel on business trips. To advise all the division employees in QHSE issues.
