"1 Duties and responsibility1.1 Work with the market: To collect, summarize, analyze market information about potential and existing customers, competitors in co-operation with the Marketing communications unit. To plan and fulfil sales options, volume and strategy. To evaluate compliance of the existing products and services with the market requirements, to propose improvement options.1.2 Work with customers: To execute sales financial plans. To prepare proposals and agreements, including evaluation of project profitability and legal compliance. To organize, execute and manage meetings with the potential or existing customers. To monitor execution of contractual liabilities of the contracts concluded with customers. To keep regular contact with the existing customers both - during the project implementation period and post-project stage. To keep contact with the potential customers. 1.3 Work with partners: To attract new local partners for common activities in the region. To co-operate with TE global partners within the specific region. To prepare co-operation proposals and agreements. To organize, execute and manage meetings with the potential or existing partners. To investigate partner activities and control the joint market shares.1.4 Representing the company: To represent the organization in exhibitions, presentations and seminars.1.5 Training: To participate in internal trainings organized by TE. With superior’s appointment participate in external trainings organized by other organizations. To participate in TE-organized internal and external training programme preparation and conducting.1.6 Planning: To plan and fulfil weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual sales volume. To plan and execute projects to be implemented and work to be performed.2 Other duties To perform job duties in line with the Quality System requirements. To fulfil other management instructions and orders if these are not in contradiction with the present Job description and Quality System requirements.3 RequirementsInitial qualifications: University degree in Economics, Information Systems or Law at least Bachelor’s level, at least 1-year experience of working in marketing, sales, bank or payment card business. Excellent knowledge of MS Office application. Good command of Russian and English 4 Other requirements Ability to judge logically, to take decisions independently and to take responsibility. Social skills and ability to convince. Ability to represent the company. Respectable appearance and conduct."
