"Our client, big automotive company tires is looking for Sales Manager MAIN TASKS AND RESPOSIBILITIES:1. Fleet Management: Regular fleet visits Gaining new fleet customers and increasing the number of fleets that use major competitor truck tires direct sales opportunities to the fleets. Development of new sales strategies and field activities to the fleets. Introduction and launching of new products Implementation of sales campaigns for the new products Close follow-up of test tires tire checks in regular period, reporting and documentation of average km-performances. Coordination of product training activities for the present and potential fleets 2. Dealer Activities: Regular visits to the dealers with big potential of truck tires monthly min. 1 visit to our existing dealers Development of new sales strategies in order to increase the market share of truck tires within existing dealers who have big potential of truck tires Coordination of sell-out activities for dealers. Increasing the number of direct shipments to dealers Focusing on product mix in selling truck tires to dealers Organization of product training activities for dealers.3. Marketing & Sales Activities: Analysis of actual sell-in & sell-out prices of the main competitors in regular basis min.monthly. Analysis of truck tires market in Russia in terms of volume, market share etc. Following the developments and trends of truck tires market in Russia Regular reporting of the sales activities of the competitors new products, sales campaigns etc. Coordination of trade marketing activities REQUIREMENTS: - High education- Russian NATIVE, English Fluent- Experience in sales of spare parts, tires"
