"Our Client:Our Client is a leading producer of computer peripherals.Responsibilities:Control and initiate order placement Control and support sell in/sell out actions and programs Work with 2-3 key sub distributors Maintaining perfect relationships with distributors Taking part in long-term planning of Volume Dept. Creating strategy of MDF activities, supervising and cost allocation Preparing promos and sellout activities Creating and handling distributors’ contracts Agreeing business targets and checking execution Preparation of commitment process Leading corporate programs Forecasting Helping PMs with product strategy margins, configurations etc. Adjusting reports to needs of Sales Dept., PMs and Finance Dept. Analysis of distributors offers, identifying our place on the market Preparation of tools used by team Introducing new ideas like price-robot or on-line configurator Contacts with sub-distribution Keeping good relationships with Service, Finance and Logistics Departments Handling commitments from distribution Requirements:Specialist university degree; Relevant Professional experience; Market know-how; Analytical thinking; Good capability of arguing Good interpersonal skills Good communication skills Good sales skills Networking skills Planning and organizational skills Good command of English and Russian"
