Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day logistic coordination and support to sales activities orders, loading plans, planning, forecasting Handle, update and maintain accuracy of logistic information system Maintain relationships between customers, forwarding agents and supplying factory. Planning and forecasting process handling Planning production, negotiating with plant To prepare documents for loading, to monitor conformity of data in documents To plan the schedule of deliveries To coordinate registration of cargoes, timely loadings, standstills. To optimize work of warehouse To provide certification of production To negotiate frequently with sellers and partners, to specify conditions of deliveriesIdeal candidate profile: Fluent English, native russian Minimum 2 years experience in similar role Good knowledge of MS Excel, planning skills. Remote management of subordinate. Experience in multinational organisation and/or similar FMCG company as advantage Energetic with ‘can do’ approach, resistant to high-pressure environment."
