Logistics Systems Manager

"Job purpose: To lead the design of an efficiency and value focused supply chain for Russia in coordination with the related departments To coordinate the development of the Supply Chain Directorates strategies and targets in-line with those of Russia; To establish the systematic infrastructure in order to enable supply chain operators to function efficient and effectively To form, consolidate and report KPIs for the Supply Chain Directorate; To optimize the number, location and size of warehouses, distribution centers and production facilities; To maximize value creation by developing, leading and activating improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity i.e., feasibilities for where to make what; who to supply from where; make or buy decisions To formulate and standardize supply chain practices and processes; To work in coordination with Sales Systems Department to develop plans to implement supply chain strategies in the route-to-market To identify and adapt the relevant information technologies to improve the performance of supply chain operations; To leverage the experience and knowledge of other EBG subsidiaries and universities to improve and update supply chain practices.Successful candidate profile: Male/Female Industry and market knowledge Minimum 5 years of experience in operations planning, purchasing, production, transport, warehousing, etc. Strong communication and presentation skills Project management and problem solving skills Fluent English "
