Logistics manager

"Main tasks and responsibilities:- Ensure non-stop delivery process from manufacturing points up to the dealers in RBU EAST countries- Coordinate all related activities with Logistics Providers, Insurance companies, NDS, SCM and RNPO- Ensure Nissan’s standards are applicable to whole delivery process - Keep maintained Service Agreements with Logistics providers - Ensure all relevant terms of delivery are included and updated in Supply Agreements between Nissan and the dealers - Monitor real lead time through entire pipeline from sourcing points to the dealer’s locations and address any deviation from standard lead time which is operations related - Ensure providing dealers with relevant on-time information as concerns to their deliveries - Create and keep updated dealers profiles in SCOPE/EVL system - Co-ordinate with Marketing trial vehicles processing - Co-ordinate communication to NE IS/NDS the system SCOPE/EVL related operational issues; keep tracking of the problem solving and support it by backtrack operations if necessary- Support a.m. system development projects in RBU in coordination with NISA- Co-ordinate and support NMUKR operations in frame of functional area of responsibility - Co-ordinate and support KAZ operations in frame of functional area of responsibility - Other functions as assigned by Sales Director and Distribution ManagerBackground and experience:- 2-3 years experience in a multinational company; automotive industry is a plus- Logistics background- Fluent English- Advanced PC user"
