Quality and Environment Manager

"Our client is an industrial international company with strong development in Russia. Its a leader in development and production of mechanical and electronic products and controls. They are looking for a Quality and Environment Manager.Reporting to:Logistics and Quality Manager Main function:- Maintenance, improvement, ensuring effective operating of the Quality Management system at RUCO, from supplier to customer including quality control in the production in accordance with requirements of ISO9001, the company objectives, policies and strategies- Maintenance, improvement, ensuring effective operating of the Environmental Management system at RUCO in accordance with requirements of ISO14001, the company objectives, policies and strategies, Russian environmental norms.-Coordination of certification process of products marketed by company in RussiaTasks: Maintaining ISO9001, ISO14001 certificates of the company Maintaining EN215-license for radiator thermostats Keeping Quality and Environmental management system of the company effective and implemented by departmentsResponsibilities: Preparation of standards, procedures, instructions and forms of the Quality and Environmental Management system Q&EMS, agreeing with responsible department, distribution in the company and keeping updated Ensuring that the company business processes correspond to requirements of ISO9001 Performing training of employee in requirements of Q&EMS Activities on improvement of effectiveness of the Q&EMS Performing internal audits of departments Ensuring setting and follow up of quality and environmental goals in relevant functions/departments Preparation of statistics for Quality and Environmental Management Reviews Ensuring setting and follow up of corrective actions in case of nonconformities, deviations from requirements of the Q&EMS or ISO9001/ISO14001 General management of certification activities of products traded by the company General management of operational tasks concerning quality control in the production on accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, EN215 standards Preparation of monthly reports to the superior Representing the company during external audits of the Q&EMS according to ISO9001/14001.Decisions:Typical decisions to be made by the employee himself: Distribution of duties, delegation of responsibilities, appointments in Quality department Decisions connected with management and supporting the Q&EMS.Typical decisions to be approved by a higher level in the organisation: Significant changes of the Q&EMS Spending of costs Budgets, investments, staffCommunication:Internal:managers and staff in relevant departments of the company in writing and verballyExternal:relevant departments/companies of the company, suppliers, external auditors in writing and verballyCompetencies/requirements:Language:spoken and written EnglishEducation:higher technical educationExperience & skills:quality control in productionCertification of productsEstablishing and maintenance of Q&EMS in a companyPersonal abilities:accurate, motivated, active, communicative"
