IT Support Specialist

We urgently need an IT Support Specialist, preferably with transferable iqama, to join our fast growing company.

Qualifications:

Any combination of training and experience, which would provide the required knowledge and abilities, is qualifying.

* Equivalent to graduation from college with a major in Information Management/ Technology or Computer Science or related field

Or

* Completion of two years college with course work in related field, and one year of experience in data network installation and/ or IT support. Additional qualifying experience may substitute for a maximum of two years of education.

Candidate should have the required knowledge and experience on the following:

* Backing up data on PC
* Broken internet connections
* Common problems with monitors
* Computer viruses
* Equipment used by PC technicians
* Hard drives problems and fixes
* Hints and tips to improve PC functions
* Motherboard problems and fixes
* Common office softwares and how to install them
* Troubleshooting PC\'s and POS
