REGIONAL MANAGER - OPERATIONS - PIZZA - RIYADH

The client is a Pizza outlet in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia and they require
Area Manager/ Regional Manager ( Operations )
• Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, customer service,
quality of production, Hygiene & Cleanliness standards, Maintenance & general
administration are completed & in place according to company’s policy & chain
operation manual.
• Maintain high quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures.
• Ensure that all restaurants under his /her supervision are able to achieve QSC /
CHAMPS objectives as per planned by reviewing & Monitoring Labor planning,
scheduling and utilization.
• Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staff under his supervision
as per company’s policy.
• Assure that all Restaurants managers under his/her supervision have effective
preventive maintenance & energy conservation programs.
• Establish sales objectives in coordination with chain management, make sure that all
Restaurants managers in his/her are fully understand the business goals & sales objectives
to work on it.
• Review Analyze the sales analysis reports for all restaurants under his/her supervision.
• Implement Marketing & Local Store Marketing plans in all restaurants under his / her
supervision.
• Follow up in coordination with restaurants Managers the implementation of suggestive
selling programs, ensure its effectiveness.
• Monitor Labor by analyzing store reports, labor scheduling, Labor productivity…
• Ensure understanding of cash control procedures & security procedures in all store
under his / her supervision.
• Ensure understanding and awareness of safety procedures in all Restaurants under his / her supervision, follow up restaurants managers commitment to meet standards of safety
& security.
• Investigate any labor problems in his / her area refers the hot issues to chain
management for legal actions.
• Evaluate restaurants Managers as per APM policy twice a year.
• Could be assigned for extra assignments by his immediate supervisor.
Skills
Should be holding a Bachelor's Degree
2 to 3 years management experience in the Retail or Fast Food Industry
Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills.
Energetic, creative, Committed, Self Dependant, Team Player, customer mania driven
Financial and Analytical Skills
Leadership Skills
Good Planning and Organizing Skills
Language skills - fluency in English (Oral/Written), preferably bi-lingual Eng/ Arabic
Good command of MS Office applications
Ability to work under stress
Ability to work in multi task environment
Education
Hospitality degree, Commerce
package, is negotiable to a certain degree but all
positions are covered with medical insurance, car, housing allowance ( 2 to
3mths of basic depending on the position ), & annual leave. Family Benefits
will be for the top three positions only. Visa category may not permit a candidate to bring in family, unless they complete
certain formalities on their own. Finally all recruitment is subject to
availability of visas..
