Saudi Operation Manager in Yanbu

Responsibility & Purpose:
• The Operation Manager is overall responsible for the operation of production, raw materials store, QC laboratory, finished goods warehouse, maintenance and administration of the company in Yanbu.

Main Working Areas:
• Production planning preparation and execution of the daily production schedules. Recommend and implement methods to reduce man hours and increase productivity.
• Personnel administration including shift planning and planning of leave schedule of the employees in the plant.
• Follow Up of requirement of raw materials, packing materials, and labels and informing technical manager accordingly.
• Supervision of machinery mounting and installations.
• Collecting and reporting statistical production data.
• Monitoring and improving on Departmental objectives.

Limit of Authority:
The operation manager is authorized to act within the framework of prevailing budget and company policies. Investments although approved to be implemented with the approval of the technical manager.
