This a new position. Seeking a senior experienced professional housing manager for an academic campus. Responsible for the development and implementation of sound operating and fiscal procedures, the direct and indirect supervision of all neighborhood staff, development and maintenance of strong resident/family relations, preparation and implementation of annual operating and capital budgets, neighborhood-wide maintenance program and adherence to all required government & corporate regulations. This position is similar to managing military housing or resort complex.
