Manager Reconciliations - Islamic Banking

For an Islamic bank in Riyadh.

Reconciliations Manager will Manage the team of Reconciliation and control the activities and operations of Nostro/Internal Reconciliations.
To ensure that the accuracy of Nostro accounts and to ensure that the Discrepancies and Deviations in Nostros Accounts are resolved and reported on time.

•Manage all activities relating to the Nostro Accounts Reconciliations.
•Tracking major problems occurring from time to time. Coordinate with all related departments to clear the problem in proper time
•Approve all post the adjusting journal entries related to Nostro accounts.
•Recognized and to ensure that the Discrepancies and Deviations in Nostros Accounts are resolved and reported on time.
•Manage all activates related to Nostro accounts balance confirmations
•Manage activities for support Vostro accounts requirements.

•Check & verify if all assigned Nostro accounts were imported properly.
•Check if all accounts are balance prior to auto matching.
• Perform auto matching and manual reconciliation procedure thru reconciliation system.
•Review, approve, all reconciliations reports
•Review exceptional reports generated from the system
•Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedures

Experience:
Eight to ten years of related experience and a minimum of three years in a similar position in financial institutions
