Sr. Manager - Financial Control and Subsidiaries (Banking)

To manage and control the activities and staff of the Financial Control & Subsidiaries unit, ensure that adequate finance controls are in place to safeguard the bank’s interests, to ensure that the Discrepancies and Deviations in process and processare appropriately resolved in a timely manner are resolved. and To ensure escalateion of any financial control lapses indentified during review processes to senior management on timely and effective manner.

• Implement financial control policy and procedure, reporting of any deviation from policy.
• Manage and coordinate with Subsidiaries all activities related to consolidation.
• Prepare consolidated financial position of banks and its subsidiaries/associate and issues periodic financial analysis reports.
• Control branches’ financial positions and differences.
• Ensure compliance with the internal control guidelines from authorities.

Education
Minimum Bachelor degree in accounting

Certifications
CPA , CFA, ,ACCCA,CMA,MBA

Experience
At least 8-10 years related experience and a minimum of 3 years in a similar position in financial institutions
