Associate Structural Design Engineer

My client is a multi disciplined engineering consultant with the space for an Associate level structural design engineer. This role would probably best suit a design engineer that has been sitting in a principle or senior role with no career progression.

Once you have proven you ability at Associate level you will quickly progress to Director level where you will be offered profit share and equity in the business as well as a substantial base and other benefits.

I am ideally looking for a candidate with 10 plus years experience that is a CPEng and that has proven experience in design of commercial and retail developments. You must be well presented, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to lead a team by example. This is a client facing design management position so the ability to present at board level is essential.

The base salary will be in excess of 150k for the successful applicant. Candidates must currently reside in Sydney.
