French Country Manager - Language Support

French Country Manager – Language Support:

Stargaze Media is a marketing and management company based on the outskirts of Johannesburg. We promote and market an online casino and provide an energetic, vibrant working environment for all our employees. At this point in time we are looking for an Italian speaking employee who can manage and oversee our French support team. Please note that you do not necessarily need to fill all these roles exactly, but if you feel that you can offer support in some areas then please contact us:

 Client Management and French Language Support
 Marketing
 Administration
 Reporting and analysis
 Translation
 Call Centre Activity

Required Skills:
 Ability to work autonomously
 Fluency in English as well as the French language, both written / spoken
 Professional phone mannerism
 Basic Support functions for our clients
 Must be Computer Literate (PC)
 Full training of software used will be given
 Will need to be able to carry out effective and professional translations of web content, mailers, and various other material

The following criteria below MUST be met by every candidate. If you do not meet these criteria then please do not apply for the positions

Experience:
 The candidate should have 1st hand experience of the French culture
 Should have worked / lived in a French setting previously, speaking, reading and writing French on a day to day basis
 Prior experience working with French customers would be advantageous
 Previous customer service experience preferable
 Some translation experience preferred but not necessary

Salary:
 We are negotiable and will offer an attractive package that will be determined based on experience
