Italian Call Centre Agent – Language Support:

Stargaze Media is a marketing and management company based on the outskirts of Johannesburg. We promote and market an online casino and provide an energetic, vibrant working environment for all our employees. At this point in time we are looking for Italian speaking Call Centre agents that can fill the following role:

Required Skills:
 Ability to work autonomously
 Fluency in English as well as the Italian language, both written / spoken
 Professional phone mannerism
 Basic Support functions for our clients
 Must be Computer Literate (PC)
 Full training of software used will be given
 Will need to be able to carry out effective and professional translations of web content, mailers, and various other material

Role requirements:
 Must be prepared to work shift work in a 24/7 Call Center – Public holidays not recognized
 Must have their own transport
 Must be prepared to work overtime, at which we pay the standard overtime rate
 Must be on standby & prepared to come in & work if required

The following criteria below MUST be met by every candidate. If you do not meet these criteria then please do not apply for the positions

Experience:
 The candidate should have 1st hand experience of the Italian culture
 Should have worked / lived in an Italian setting previously, speaking, reading and writing Italian on a day to day basis
 Prior experience working with Italian customers would be advantageous
 Previous customer service experience preferable
 Some translation experience preferred but not necessary

Salary:
 We are negotiable and will offer a package that will be determined based on experience
