Spanish Call Centre Agents

Urgently seeking Spanish Call Centre Agents...
The candidate should have 1st hand experience of the Spanish culture
Should have worked / lived in a Spanish setting previously. Preferably speaking, reading and writing Spanish on a day to day basis
Prior experience working with Spanish customers would be advantageous
Previous customer service experience preferable
Some translation experience preferred but not necessary
Skills:
Ability to work autonomously
Fluency in English as well as the Spanish language, both written / spoken
Professional phone mannerism
Basic support functions for our clients
Must be Computer Literate (PC)
Full training of software used will be given
Role requirements:
Must be prepared to work shift work in a 24/7 Call Center – Public holidays not recognized
Must have their own transport
Must be prepared to work overtime, at which we pay the standard overtime rate
Must be on standby & prepared to come in & work if required
Will need to be able to carry out effective and professional translations of web content, mailers, and various other marketing material
