Urgently seeking Spanish Call Centre Agents...

 The candidate should have 1st hand experience of the Spanish culture
 Should have worked / lived in a Spanish setting previously. Preferably speaking, reading and writing Spanish on a day to day basis
 Prior experience working with Spanish customers would be advantageous
 Previous customer service experience preferable
 Some translation experience preferred but not necessary

Skills:
 Ability to work autonomously
 Fluency in English as well as the Spanish language, both written / spoken
 Professional phone mannerism
 Basic support functions for our clients
 Must be Computer Literate (PC)
 Full training of software used will be given

Role requirements:
 Must be prepared to work shift work in a 24/7 Call Center – Public holidays not recognized
 Must have their own transport
 Must be prepared to work overtime, at which we pay the standard overtime rate
 Must be on standby & prepared to come in & work if required
 Will need to be able to carry out effective and professional translations of web content, mailers, and various other marketing material
