Company: Our client is a global leader in Information Technology. They have their European Customer Service and Technical Support centre based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This centre is responsible for managing their complete range of European customers.

Role: Vacancies exist on the Spanish team in technical support and customer service. Your role will be to provide first line technical support or customer service by liaising with external customers and provide them with timely and efficient solutions.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess at least 1 year experience in customer service, technical support or telesales. Ideally you will have gained this experience in an IT, software, e-business or B2B environment. He/ She will speak native Spanish and fluent English.
