Head of Programme Management

My client are entrusted with improving the transportation service for a whole region by fully developing an integrated transport system for the benefit of the people who live and work there. If you wish to be part of a high profile project that will leave a legacy and you have senior programme management experience within transportation this could be the new challenge your are waiting for.

Nature and Scope

The primary role of this position is to deliver directly, or through third parties, approved projects to budget, programme deadlines and agreed standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for project controls, change management, planning, assurance, standards and integration. This is not a pure project delivery position as your reporting lines will be at the sharp end but you will be responsible for setting the strategy and best practice for your project managers to adhere to.
