Auditor

Position: Auditor with ISO 9000 certification and heat-treatment experience
Location: South Korea
Duration: 5~10 weeks
Frequency: 3~5 days/week
Start Date: Immediate

Job Requirements: visit problematic suppliers to audit on non-compliance issues. For each supplier, perform initial assessment according to a standard questionnaire provided by customer, and look for flow-down of requirements from customer and confirmation that the supplier has followed the original manufacturing process without source change. Then up to three further assessments to check the supplier has adequate control over its sub-tier heat-treatment or raw material suppliers (majority of which are local to the prime). There will be approximately two full days auditing per supplier (4 x 4 hours).

Skill requirements: Solid auditing background (ISO9000) - certification is a preference. Experience with auditing on special process/discipline (heat treatment, etc.). At least 3 years of experience in auditing and supplier surveillance.
