Experienced Sales Manager for luxery complex

Our client is a Media Production Company who is developing an Exclusive Luxery Eco-friendly Complex near to Barcelona.
They are developing an eco-friendly luxury complex 80 km from Barcelona, with villas, country houses, a hotel, wellness centre, restaurants, sports complex, etc.

As a Sales Manager for an exclusive luxery eco-friendly complex you will be responsible for the sale of buildable plots, ranches, villas and country houses.

Your main tasks will be:
- Contact with select real estate agents across Europe.
- Reception of potential buyers in Barcelona.
- Responsible the total sale process.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Wide experience as a SALES MANAGER in a similar position (experience in the sale of villas in Marbella, for example),
-Holder of a driving licence,
-Initiative and independence; efficient and pleasant person with good interpersonal skills,
-Hard-working and good communication skills,
-Excellent spoken and written command of Spanish and English (Dutch a plus),
-Good organisational skills,
-Interested in a healthy lifestyle,
-Smart appearance,
-Well connected with real estate agents and other useful contacts,
