Chef in Spain to open their OWN venture...

Do you dream of having your own restaurant - but don't have the finance?

We are in urgent need of an excellent chef

For the right candidate I would be happy to discuss an opportunity where the Chef part owns the kitchen of a fabulous stunning beautiful restaurant in Spain

An exciting brand new venture is being opened in 2 weeks in Vinuella, near Torre Del Mar.

The restaurant will be serving to begin with Thursday 6pm - 12am , friday 6pm - 12am, Saturday 12pm through to 12am, Sunday 12pm - 10pm
We have the possibility of having around 100 covers, however it is a brand new venture so.....
Food should be excellent - however we are not intending to offer an extensive menu - therefore two main fab dishes are enough. Sunday roast would be one....
We are open to ideas.
We are a fun, forward thinking establishment looking to create a really warm experience with reliably excellent - well priced home cooking.
