Company: Our client is a leading brand name in their industry. They have developed their brand and products over the decade with sales offices all across Europe and a European support centre based in Spain.

Role: Currently they are looking for a bilingual speaking German and Dutch to join their customer service team in Barcelona. As part of this team, you will support customer enquiries about services, information and logistic support via email and phone. Alongside with that, you will handle inbound phone calls, fax, email orders and you will enter orders into the database.

Skills: The ideal candidate will be bilingual German and Dutch, with fluent English. He/she will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management and data entry in an international working place. He/she will have good communication and knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
