Client: Our client is very successful information Technology Corporation with over 20 years of experience in its field. This company is dedicated to developing and manufacturing networking hardware, designing software and delivering services. Their now have positions available for Dutch Customer Service Consultants in their headquarters based in Madrid Spain.

Role: The position contains many responsibilities which include; maintaining high quality standards when dealing with customer care, responding to customer calls and queries in an agreed amount of time without compromising quality. Customer details and other information should be logged and validated into relevant systems in an accurate and efficient manner. You should manage each problem that arises until it is resolved and improve work exercises to the best of your ability to achieve the best results.

Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent Dutch and English. The candidate must be decisive, highly motivated, enthusiastic, have the ability to work in a team and possess excellent communicational skills both verbally and written. Previous experience in a call centre, customer service environment or a high pressure job would help dealing with the customers and this work environment. Basic IT skills and organisational skills would be a benefit. Time management is important as well as maintaining the best customer care.
